Lucy Parnell comes to Ampliagroup from a broad background in learning, heritage, operations management and arts.

With creativity, learning and customer relations as her core focus she started out in arts organisations and lifelong learning projects across London including Arts Express and Discover children's gallery.

Working in various roles at Royal Museums Greenwich including Operations Manager, she continued her customer focus and passion for learning working on community projects, writing interpretation for interactive galleries and training for her team. Her team attracted awards from Visit London, Visit England and a National Training award in recognition of their dedication to opening access to the collections to the public.

She also volunteered at a local Museum on their executive committee to help oversee the redevelopment of the site and relaunch of the Museum.

She holds a BA in Sociology and Cultural Studies and has further trained in operations and learning specific awards, specifically as an NVQ assessor.

Lucy really loves stories, art and being outside. Her enthusiasm towards gardening is not met by her ability....yet.
